A man was arrested after impaired operation of an ATV in Yarmouth last weekend.
Just after midnight on March 28th, a Yarmouth Municipal RCMP noticed the ATV in a drive-thru lineup at a restaurant on Starrs Road.
The officer approached the male driver, and observed that he was displaying signs of impairment.
Breath samples from the driver were more than twice the legal limit.
Owen Russell D’Entremont is facing charges including impaired operation of a conveyance.
He was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Yarmouth Provincial Court on May 10th.
