The RCMP have postponed their search for the five missing fishermen from the Chief William Saulis for today.
The RCMP Underwater Recovery Team left port at Digby this morning with the intent of conducting sonar exploration. Due to poor conditions, including swells of over 10 feet, the team turned back at Digby Neck.
The Underwater Recovery Team will conduct sonar exploration when its safe to do so.
The aerial search was also cancelled today due to a low ceiling.
Debris unrelated to the air search was located on shore on Saturday.
It hasn’t yet been confirmed to be associated with the vessel.
