RCMP say a third man has now been charged in relation to the murder of Colton Cook.
Police say 35 year old Keith Arthur Siscoe was arrested on Wednesday in Lunenburg County.
Siscoe faces a charge of accessory after the fact to murder.
He appeared before a Justice of the Peace via teleconference late Wednesday night, and was held in custody.
He was in Shelburne Provincial Court on Thursday morning and has been remanded to a provincial institute.
Sisco will return to court on December 22nd.
He was allegedly living on a property that was related to the incident at the time of the incident.
The home subsequently burned down.
Police deemed the blaze suspicious.
Two other men, 36 year old Wayne Crawford and 57 year old Robert Rogers, face charges of second-degree murder and interference with human remains.
Crawford is waiting for a preliminary hearing date while Rogers has yet to enter an election or plea.
The pair have been remanded since their arrests at the beginning of October.
They are both due to appear in court on Tuesday.
Cook was reported missing at the end of September, and his remains were found two days later near the intersection of Saunders Road and Raynardton Road in South Ohio.
On Monday, Mounties issued a release seeking information about two vehicles seen in the area around the time of the alleged murder.
RCMP say they continue to investigate.
