It’s that time of the year I find myself using my slow cooker more often, throw a chicken it it with some veggies before I go to work, over the weekend make a kickin chili for the gang or a mish mash of meats and rice . comfort foods come in all tastes, smells and portions , from baked to deep fried to slow cooked or pre packaged.
The cooler weather for me, seems more fitting for comfort food, a cozy home and hot cooked meal, just these words sound so inviting, making me hungry just thinking about it.
