Digby RCMP are looking for information regarding a theft at a gas station on Highway 303.
It happened at the Irving/Circle K in Conway between 12:30pm and 12:50pm on Friday, October 13th.
Media Relations Officer Corporal Dal Hutchinson says about 400 litres of diesel fuel was stolen.
“Members received a complaint that an unknown male in a dark coloured pickup truck, believed to be a GMC or Chevrolet truck, pulled into the gas station, went to the diesel pump, filled a large red tank in the back of the truck. The driver then departed without paying for the 400 plus litres of diesel fuel.”
The driver was described as wearing blue jeans, black jacket with reflective stripes and a white ball cap.
Cpl. Hutchinson says they are looking for information.
“This is a significant amount of fuel that the person left without paying for. We would like to talk to the driver of the vehicle and have them pay up for the fuel.”
