The Nova Scotia Health Authority has launched a provincial survey asking Nova Scotians how it can improve blood collection services.
It asks about factors including collection locations, access to transportation and the use of in-home or at-work blood collection in the past.
The survey runs until November 18 and a summary of results will be made public in January.
It’s available online at https://www.engage4health.ca/blood-collection-services and on paper at NSHA blood collection locations.
The health authority says it will help them understand the needs of Nova Scotians and will guide future service improvements.
