Water levels have peaked in the Tri-Counties and they are high.
High tide in Yarmouth Harbour was at 11:15 this morning.
In several places the water has covered sections of roads.

Fishermen are keeping an eye on their boats tied at the wharf.
Environment Canada issued a storm surge warning.
Don Houston of the Department of Transportation says crew have been out placing warning signs at several locations.
“We’ve got Pinkney’s Point down that way, Route 308 going towards Hubbards Point by the hanging oak, and Yarmouth Bar. Right now, signage is up and we’re keeping track to see if and debris gets on the road.”
He warns driving conditions are worsening and says unless you have somewhere you need to be…stay home.
