Construction on the Shelburne Collaborative Health Care Clinic will begin in June.
A construction tender was issued by the province this week and will be open until mid-May.
Premier Stephen McNeil also announced Sunday that two new doctors and two new nurse practitioners will join a collaborative health care team.

They will operate out of Roseway Hospital until the new clinic is constructed sometime in the early fall of 2018.
Mooney says they will be taking over patients of previous doctors and nurse practitioners first.
“We expect that as they get established, we hope they can accept more patients and provide a wider range of services for the people of Shelburne County.”
Mooney says everyone involved with the project is excited that it is finally happening.
“I know the community has had tremendous patience. I think the prospect of the new health centre is already paying off with the new physicians starting in the area.”
Funding is coming from the province, local municipalities and the Roseway Hospital Foundation.
