The 11th annual Coal Shed Music Festival gives the spotlight to dozens of local artists in the month of August.
Another successful three-weekend festival wrapped up on Sunday on the Yarmouth Waterfront.
Over 100 artists took part.
Organizer Phil Demille says it was a great year once again.
"On a couple of occasions the numbers were up at certain times. I spokes with people from Kentville and Bridgewater, outlying areas, who were here because they heard about the Festival. It's taken that 11 year period to really get the word there out and get it established and now people are starting to look forward to it."
He says items were donated to the Yarmouth Food Bank.
Roughly $500 was raised for local school breakfast programs.
That will be divided up among schools in Yarmouth area.
Demille says they always receive feedback on how to improve each year, and he'll test out some new ideas for the 12th annual festival next August.
