Domestic dispute sends Shelburne county couple to hospital.

A Shelburne county man is facing charges related to a domestic dispute.
Around 5:15 yesterday morning Barrington RCMP responded to a 911 call at a residence in Shag Harbour.
Police say they found a 41 year old woman inside the residence who was injured.
She was transported by ambulance to Yarmouth where she was treated and released.
A 37 year old man was arrested at the location and taken by RCMP to the Yarmouth hospital for treatment of his injuries.
The man was returned to Barrington and charged with assault causing bodily harm and was released to appear in Barrington Provincial Court on March 11th.
Police say the two were living together at the time of the assault.<< Back
